a.     6 shrimps

b.    Beer: ½ bottles

c.      ½ spoons chicken-stock

d.    A little pepper.

e.      1 sp sesame oil


Preparation and method:

f.      clean shrimps

g.     Add some spices into shrimps: ½ chicken stock, a little pepper, put shrimp into the upper part of the steam cooker, covering them. Wait about 5 minutes.

h.    Put beer into the lower part of the steam cooker and then put the upper one in cover by lid. Turn on fire and wait boiling about 3 minutes. Turn the shrimps over and wait for 3 minutes more.

i.       Turn off  fire, take out shrimp, put on plate.

j.       Use with salt pepper with lemon.
