SOUP PORK WITH FIVE VEGETABLES

(FIVE COLOURS SOUP)

Ingredient:

Pork ribs: 0.3 kg

Potato, carrot, green pepper, radish, turnip:1 bulb

Green onion and coriander: 1gram

Sugar:1 spoon, chicken stock:2 spoon, pepper:1/2 spoon, fish sauce: 1 spoon, garlic, onion

 

Preparation:

Clean green onion and garlic cut into pity.

Clean pork ribs, cutting into bar about 2cm. mixing with onion, sesame oil, chicken stock, pepper

Pell out skin of radish, carrot, turnip, potato: cutting into square pieces about 2cm.

( you can make flower with carrot and turnip)

Green pepper remove seed and middle part, cut in square pieces about 3cm,.

Method :

Put oil into hot pan and all of pork ribs in hot pan. Keep stirring quickly about 2 minutes.

Put about 400ml of water in, wait for boiling, put all of vegetables into pan, and spices: sugar, chicken stack, fish sauce, pepper.

Slow cook, low fire about 10 minutes, wait for vegetables become softer. Sometimes take out the scum

Turn off fire, add some green onion, coriander after take soup in bowl.
