Grill pork with fresh rice noodle

Grilled pork meat with rice noodle

Ingredient

-         Noodle : 0.3kg

-         Raw vegetables + cucumber : 0.3kg

-         Minced Pork ( half fat and half lean) : 0.3kg (Very fine)

-         Honey: 2 spoons

-         Barbecue sauce : 2 tablespoons

-         Pepper: a little

-         Cary powder: 1 tablespoon

-         Paprika oil 1 spoons

-         Lemon grass: 6 stems (lightly mashed, about 10 cm long )

-         Onion + garlic : 4

-         Fried peanut: grained finely

-         Carrots: cut into small slices, and marinate with lemon juice and little sugar

-         Sesame oil: 1 sp

Cooking method

-         Wash vegetable and cucumber. Cut cucumber into small slices. Marinate the pork with  pepper, paprika oil, honey, Barbecue sauce, sesame oil, cary pounder + onion and garlic ( have been chopped up) for about 5 minutes

-         Stick the pork meat around the lemongrass stem

-         Grill the pork until both sides change into yellow color and smell tasty

-         Put the roast meat, noodle, vegetable, carrot and cucumber into a plate

-         Serve with the sauce ( 3 spoons fish sauce +4 spoons sugar + 2 spoons filtered water, 1 pepper, 2 garlic- chop up, 1 lemon)
